D-link Dwa-131 Linux Driver For Mac

Have been doing some further exploration, and have found that the DWA-131 apparently uses a Realtek RTL8192SU chip. There is an OSX 10.7 driver for that chip on the Realtek site; I haven't received my DWA-131 from amazon yet, but if anyone else would care to try it out then that would be great. Link is below: I'm very new to the Hackintosh phenomenon - would getting this driver to work for the DWA-131 require someone to create or modify a kext for it, even though the Realtek driver itself is written for Lion and so will presumably install itself correctly?
